I will spend a couple of hours with you exploring the possibilities and giving you ideas for the project you are about to begin. You will have the opportunity in this meeting to go over house plans for new builds, or plans for a remodel. I will take measurements of existing furniture and spaces along with the before photos of your project. I will collect the design questionnaire that I sent you and we will go over the answers. I also like to explore where your investment will take you on this journey and give you real expectations for your project. I use this time to gain as much insight into your personality and desires so that I can deliver you what will give you the confidence to live life boldly.

Getting the Plan in Place & Details Sorted

You are ready to build or remodel but you don’t have time, clarity on your style, nor do you have any idea how everything in your head is going to look together. Have you considered how many selections you will need to make for this project and how stressful that can be?

I break it down into a total of three extensive sessions of actually making all the selections with you. Then I take all of the information and create a 2-D mood board to make sure you are heading exactly where you want to be. At this time, we can make revisions or decide if there are other selections that you will need to make. At our final meeting, I will present your ideas to you, guide you on what to do with all of your quotes and the best way of keeping up with it and present you with your finish selections by space, paint selections, wallpaper, trim, plumbing, lighting, tile, flooring, carpentry details, windows and doors, appliances, brick or other exterior materials, hardware, and any other details that you request.

This will feel like the weight of the world has been lifted and you will feel so accomplished to have it completed. I eliminate the overwhelm, save you money on costly mistakes, and have you prepared for your contractor giving you peace of mind to confidently tackle this project.

Full Service Interior Design 

If you are ready to bring your new home to life or makeover a room to give you some life, this is the service for you. This full service offering will address every need for your room. Everything from plans to furnishings, wall decor to light fixtures or whatever it takes to give you the room with an elevated and polished look and feel. 

This service is priced by the room and is intended for living areas, bedrooms, dining rooms or home office areas. If you are considering doing multiple rooms at one time, then contact me using the contact form to receive special pricing for three or more spaces. 

Saving you time, money and the hassle of guessing your way through a project, I actually walk you through it with ease. My process simplifies the decision making, allows you to give feedback and make changes at different intervals during the process to assure you receive the extraordinary result your life deserves. Included in this service is 2-D mood board, and rendering, (3-D renderings are also offered with an increase in fee) presentation of ideas, proposal for purchases (you choose whether to shop retail, custom only options, or online. It is generally a compilation of all three but the choice is always yours.) Once you approve your proposal, I will invoice you or guide you through your purchases, I schedule deliveries, storage, installation, trades, and photos for you. Once everything is ready for the installation/reveal day, I will be there making sure everything is placed where it needs to be, ensuring any defects or damages are dealt with, overseeing the installations of drapery, bedding, etc. Once everything is complete and staged, then I will photograph the space.

Luxury Design Room by Room

Use this full day of my expertise and time to do as much as possible. This can include paint selections, furniture arrangement sketch, devising a plan to pull other ideas together, hanging artwork, shopping for the items you need for a project, etc. I offer this for those who only need enough help to get out of the weeds. How and what we do is decided upon before the service begins. I will give you any necessary homework to make the most of our time on the scheduled day. I can bring in trades for quotes, render a mood board, or find the things that you can’t seem to find on your own.
